A village pub with river views is available for £50,000.
The White Hart, a quaint 16th-century pub in Pulborough, needs someone to take over its lease.
The pub, in Stopham Road, comes with an indoor bar, a decked area, a patio overlooking the river, and a garden with an outdoor bar.

It has a car park for its customers to use.
Current vendor Rochelle Coutinho said she is moving on as she wants to focus on her young family.
She said: "We have thoroughly enjoyed our time at The White Hart and have made some wonderful memories.
"However, we are a young family with kids under four, so we have decided that it's time to sell up to focus on our family.”
More information about the pub, which is being marketed by Fleurets, and how to view it can be found by calling 01273 429500 or emailing south@fleurets.com.
Nick Earee, divisional director of Fleurets South, said: “The White Hart is an idyllic Grade II listed pub situated within the South Downs National Park.
"The significant price reduction to £50,000 offers a new purchaser an even more attractive opportunity to take over a successful pub, and we expect to see a high level of interest.”
