Auntie Anne’s has submitted plans to Brighton and Hove City Council for new signs on unit 8 in Brighton Station, which has long been empty.
The unit has been used by several businesses over the years, including Cards Galore.
Auntie Anne’s, a national chain which sells items including soft pretzels and lemonade, has another store in Churchill Square, Brighton.
