The most and least expensive streets in a commuter town have been revealed.
Analysis of HM Land Registry data for the past five years shows where Haywards Heath’s least and most expensive homes are.
The statistics were tracked by estate agents Property Solvers.
The High Street in Lindfield was the most expensive street, with three properties selling for an average of £1,613,000. At the other end of town, in Rookery Way, three properties were sold for an average of £1,458,333.
Meanwhile, some of the cheapest homes were in Heath Court, the retirement home in Heath Road, where 15 properties sold for an average of £111,200. Homes in Barnard Gate were also among the most affordable, with four properties selling for an average of £148,375.
Ruban Selvanayagam, the co-founder of Property Solvers said the company only ranked streets with three sales or more to keep the data less skewed.
