Several pets in Sussex are looking for their forever homes, including at the Sussex North & Brighton branch of the RSPCA.

Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.

A few animals from the branch are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.

To help the Sussex North & Brighton branch carry on their work you can donate to them at the website here.

Betty came into the care of the RSPCA after being removed from a multi-dog household by an Inspector.

She has had no life experiences outside of that home and can get overwhelmed quite easily.

Betty is looking for an experienced owner who will continue to help her gain confidence and take things slowly.

The RSPCA adds: "She is still very young so will need a fairly active owner once she is ready to face the outside world."

Tiger

Tiger was a "worried boy" when he first came into the care of the RSPCA but is slowly starting to find his feet.

He is described as a "friendly" dog who loves attention, playing with toys and going out on walks.

The RSPCA adds: "He has lived with another dog in his previous home but will be fully assessed while he is with us at the shelter."

Gender - Not stated

Age - Three to six months old

Breed - Crossbreed

Colour - Harlequin (Poppy) and White/Brown (Daisy)

If you want to adopt Daisy and Poppy you can view their full profile here.

Poppy and Daisy were part of a litter that was found abandoned in a box in poor condition.

They are described as a "sweet pair" who get on well and are looking to find a new home together.

Both love to run around and play, so will need a nice spacious set-up with plenty of enrichment to keep them occupied.

The RSPCA adds: "Their litter-training has been progressing very well, so they would be fine living either indoors or outdoors."
