The most and least expensive streets in Brighton and Hove have been revealed.
Estate agents Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the city's highest and lowest-priced homes are.
Dyke Road Avenue, Tongdean Avenue and Roedean Way have some of the highest-valued homes across the region.
While some of the cheapest residential streets in Brighton and Hove include Eastern Concourse, Western Concourse and Baltic View.
In Dyke Road Avenue (BN3), three properties sold for an average of £2,175,000. In Tongdean Avenue (BN3), four properties sold for an average of £2,011,875.
In Roedean Way (BN2), five properties sell for an average of £1,996,000.

Some of the cheapest streets include Eastern Concourse (BN2), where six properties sold for an average of £74,416, Western Concourse (BN2), where three properties sold for an average of £84,166, and Baltic View (BN2), where five properties sold for an average of £102,600.
