A free cycling stunt show and pop-up bike course is coming to a seaside town this weekend.
Fireside Local is bringing its show to Adur Recreation Ground in Shoreham to encourage people to get out on their bikes more.
The event, which will take place from 9am until 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday, will be run by professional cycling coaches.

These coaches will host demonstrations to showcase certain skills including technical jumps.
An interactive riding zone will also be set up to give cyclists of all abilities the chance to try various biking techniques with help and support from expert coaches.
People at the free event will also receive advice on how to use bikes safely and how they can make cycling part of their daily routines.
Bikes and safety equipment will also be provided for participants, who do not need to book in advance to take part.
The event has been funded by Adur and Worthing Councils through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
