A big screen is set to return for movies and Olympics action.

Deckchairs and beanbags will be laid out on the lawn in front of the Brighton Marina's big screen as it comes back to the city for the fifth year.

Hit family movies and sporting action from the Olympic Games will be on display at the open-air spot in the Marina's Village Square from July 26 to August 11.

The opening day kicks off with four films and a live stream of the Olympics opening ceremony in Paris.

  • 12:00 PM - 1:54 PM: The Goonies 
  • 2:00 PM - 3:56 PM: Back to the Future  
  • 4:00 PM - 6:11 PM: Top Gun: Maverick
  • 6:30PM: Summer Olympics 2024 Opening Ceremony 

Brighton Marina's marketing manager Sophie Chandler said: "We are incredibly excited to announce the return of our Big Screen later this month.

“This free-to-attend activity is always a guest favourite here at Brighton Marina and we look forward to enjoying the summer of sport together in the open-air setting."
