A van and two motorbikes were involved in a crash near the pier this afternoon.

Police cars and a fire engine were seen blocking traffic following the incident.

East Sussex Fire and Rescue reported that they were made aware of the incident at 4.20pm today, July 14.

A van and two motorbikes were involved in a collision and the fire service made the scene safe.

Sussex Police reported that there were minor injuries and the incident was not serious.

Three police vehicles were also pictured.

The incident has now been cleared.
