Two tennis courts have been closed so that work can be carried out.
Adur and Worthing Councils said it has temporarily shut its tennis courts at Buckingham Park, Shoreham, and Church House Grounds, Worthing, for surface painting.
This comes just months after the facilities reopened in February after being refurbished. And they will be shut while tennis fever hits its highest part of the year - during the Wimbledon championships.

The refurbishment was funded by a government grant and funds from the LTA Tennis Foundation.
At the time of these works, temporary lines were painted on the courts as a result of the unpredictable weather.
Now the council will be painting the permanent markings on the court.
They will be closed until July 22.
A spokesman for Adur and Worthing Councils said: "We apologise for any inconvenience and will notify you once the courts have been reopened following their repainting."
