Police and the ambulance were called to the scene of an accident involving a van and a car.
Drivers faced long delays on the A259 in Seaford near Hill Rise after the crash this morning.

Police officers, ambulance crews and firefighters were at the scene and the road was partly blocked while it was dealt with.
Sussex Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service (Secamb) were contacted for comment.
