A pet groomers catering for the smallest chihuahua to the biggest mastiffs has snapped up a top award for its work.
Harvey Barkers in Forest Row, near East Grinstead, was voted the best pet groomers in the region by Argus readers.
Its staff pride themselves on a welfare-led approach to grooming, keeping dogs so relaxed they enjoy being groomed.
Owner MJ Roser said: "The whole team is over the moon about winning this award as favourite pet groomer and pet shop.
"We like to thank everyone that nominated and voted for us and for the continued support we get from all our customers.
"To trust us with a precious member of the family is always an honour but to know that everyone thinks that highly of us to be their favourite takes it to a new level."
The groomer is celebrating its fifth year in business and hopes to expand its customer base in the coming years.
MJ added: "We a proud to be part of the local community, We support the Forest Row community market on the first Saturday of every month located on Hartfield road, and we are delighted to announce our new effort ‘Paws for Thought’.
"It is designed to give back to those less fortunate, we are asking people to donate what they can and these donations will be used to support local animals charities that are all in desperate need of supplies and help."
