It wouldn't be a real British summer day out without dodging heavy downpours.
Yvonne Kinasz had to do just that when she had a potter around Tilgate Lake in Crawley at last weekend.
She captured all sorts of wildlife and bright sunny skies before the grey clouds rolled in.
Birds like this robin and magpie were still singing despite their wet feathers making them look slightly bedraggled.

Yvonne also snapped raindrops on a poppy and a colourful meadow bursting with life.
Tilgate Lake is the biggest of three lakes at Tilgate Park in Crawley and visitors can try their hand at water sports on it, including archery, canoeing and paddle boarding.
The park is also home to Tilgate Nature Centre, a small zoo home to reindeer, owls, raccoon dogs, parrots, otters and more.
Outside the centre the park itself is home to terrapins in the lake which Yvonne captured on camera on her day out.
The Argus Camera Club member snapped Canada geese enjoying a glimpse of sunshine and a herring gull doing the same. To join the club search Argus Camera Club on Facebook, to share images, tips and ideas and join our monthly competitions.
