A man suffered serious injuries when he was hit by a car while crossing the road.
The pedestrian was struck by a silver Vauxhall Corsa while he tried to cross Lottbridge Drive in Eastbourne.
Sussex Police said they are investigating the crash and are appealing for witnesses.
A spokesman for the force said the incident took place at around 8.45pm on Saturday, July 6.
The man suffered serious injuries in the crash and was taken to hospital where he continues to recover.
PC Sam Bourne said: “We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision as there were multiple members of the public at the location at the time of the incident. If you have any dashcam footage or information, please come forward.”
