One of the biggest jazz festivals in the world is in full swing with top names set to perform on its stages this weekend.
More than 60,000 revellers will head to a field near Glynde for the Love Supreme music festival this weekend to a soundtrack from headliners Mahalia, Olivia Dean and Chaka Khan.
Leicester-born singer Mahalia took to the South Downs Stage at 9pm last night to perform some of her hit songs such as Simmer and Ready.
She was supported by a live band on the drums, bass and guitar with fans dancing along to every song in front of her.
Saxophonist James Brandon Lewis also appeared on the Supreme Standards stage yesterday evening, intertwining jazz with gospel and blues music.
Love Supreme continues tonight with Brit Award-nominated Olivia Dean - marking her first headline show.
Chaka Khan will close the show on Sunday celebrating 50 years of performing to crowds across the world.
