Arundel Castle is to host this year’s International Medieval Jousting Tournament.
The event will take place for six days from July 30 until August 4.
There will be eight competitors taking part who will be divided into four teams. They will compete for individual honours as well as representing their countries which include England, France, Portugal and Australia.

The jousters will also compete in a skill at arms competition to try to win the chivalry award.
Visitors will be able to watch the horseback combat. The castle's arena will also have falconry, a fire eater, and a children's battle.
There will be medieval musicians and people will be able to try their hand at archery, warrior training and axe throwing.
Demonstrations such as forging, cooking, leather work and period crafts will also take place.
Andrew Lewis, castle manager, said: “We are delighted to welcome back the International Medieval Jousting Tournament to Arundel Castle and to announce this year’s talented line up of competitors from around the world.
"This year’s event will be an exhilarating spectacle for all who attend and a rare chance for visitors to witness the thrilling tradition of jousting within the magnificent surroundings of one of England's most iconic castles.”
The event at the castle will welcome a Portuguese team for the first time, Australia for the second time, and England and France who have attended multiple times.
Tickets to the tournament, which include access to the castle, grounds and gardens, are £31 per adult, £13 for a child or £75 for a family ticket. Under-fives go free.
