A former dry cleaners and laundrette will become two flats.
Click Clean Clothes in Coombe Terrace, Brighton, will be converted into homes after plans were approved by Brighton and Hove City Council on Wednesday.

According to the plans, one of these will be a studio flat and the other will be a one-bedroom flat.
Both of these homes will have some private outdoor space for residents to use.
A spokesman for CMK Planning, on behalf of applicant Sayad Investments Ltd, said: "The proposed two new dwellings would be a small but nonetheless valuable contribution towards the existing significant housing requirement."
