A man has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent to danger life after a fire in a basement.
Emergency services were called to the scene of a fire in the basement of a house in Oriental Place, Brighton, at 2.45am on Saturday, June 29.

Sussex Police confirmed they were at the scene and a 34-year-old man from Brighton was arrested.
A force spokeswoman said: "He was taken to custody and enquiries are under way."
