MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards will host an exclusive supper club at a renowned department store.
Fortnum and Mason will host the etch chef next month as he aims to showcase British produce similar to that used in the Hove restaurant.
Steven, who won the BBC cooking show in 2013, said: “Fortnum and Mason is an iconic destination and I can’t think of anywhere better to showcase fantastic British summer produce than at the world famous Piccadilly Store.
"The Food and Drink Studio is a fantastic addition to Fortnum and Mason’s offering and I can’t wait to cook up the dishes with the chef team and to meet the guests.”
As part of the evening, guests will be offered snacks and a welcome cocktail before a five-course tasting menu based on British produce and seasonal ingredients.
Flavour combinations will include marmite bread with seaweed butter, jersey royal potatoes with vanilla and squab pigeon with feta.
The meal with wine pairings is £80 per person.
Tickets for the event on July 10, at Fortnum and Mason's Piccadilly store in London, can be purchased online.
