A man tried to escape through a window after £25,000 worth of drugs and cash were found.
Officers from Brighton’s Tactical Enforcement Unit visited a flat in Connaught Terrace, Hove, on a drugs warrant on the morning of June 17.
Upon their arrival, a man leapt from a window and jumped between several neighbouring gardens.
A 20-year-old man was then arrested for possession with intent to supply cannabis and cocaine.
Upon entry to the property, officers discovered a large quantity of cannabis, cocaine and cash with an approximate combined value of £25,000.
He has been released on conditional bail until September 17 pending further enquiries.
