Piers Morgan has returned to the county to celebrate his mum's 80th birthday.
The TV presenter shared photographs of himself and his family in the village of Newick, near Lewes, over the weekend.

The ex-Good Morning Britain presenter took to social media to celebrate his "fabulous mother" Gabrielle O’Meara.
He wrote: "Happy 80th birthday to my fabulous mother.
"My biggest and most loyal supporter, my most astute critic, and my greatest inspiration and role model.
"Quite simply, the finest and most selfless person I have ever known."
In pictures taken from the birthday event, Piers is seen with family members having a celebratory cigar.
Another photo shows him with his arm around his mum, joking that she looked more like his younger sister.
A number of celebrities commented on the photograph to send their well wishes for the special occasion.
Kate Garraway wrote: "She’s gorgeous. Happy birthday mamma Morgan."
Amanda Holden said: "Happiest of birthdays to this queen."
The journalist, who now hosts his own podcast Piers Morgan Uncensored, is a frequent visitor to the village where he owns a home.
He grew up in Sussex however now spends most of his time in London.
