A seagull chick has been rescued after falling into a factory air conditioning duct.
East Sussex Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service said it was called to Ridgewood Industrial Estate in New Road, Uckfield, when factory workers heard the distressed bird calling out on Thursday morning.
People working at the unit began trying to find ways to rescue the bird and ended up using a forklift platform.

A member of staff at the unit wore height safety equipment to help with the rescue.
The team then created a makeshift net from bendy wire, plastic and tape to reach up and guide the bird down to a height until it could be grabbed by the member of staff and brought down to safety.
It was then checked over for injuries and returned to its nest.
A spokesman for the wildlife rescue charity said: "WRAS would sincerely like to thank the staff for their full support and assistance with this rescue."
