A motorcyclist has been seriously injured in a crash with a car.
The 20-year-old woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries after the collision in Seaside, Eastbourne.
Emergency services were called to the scene near the junction with Wartling Road at around 3pm on Wednesday and the road was closed.
Pictures from the scene show firefighters, paramedics and police cars blocking the road.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said the woman's injuries are not believed to be life-changing.
