Overnight roadworks could disrupt residents' sleep.
Station Road in East Preston will be closed between Vicarage Lane and the Blue Star Roundabout for eight nights from June 26 until June 5.
The works, which will take place from 8pm until 6am each, will not take place on the weekend of June 29 and 30.

West Sussex County Council confirmed that the highways team will be adjusting ironwork, resurfacing the carriageway and redoing the road markings.
No vehicles should be parked on the road for the duration of the work however access to homes will be maintained whenever possible.
A council spokesman said to residents: "We cannot complete these works without generating noise and we understand this may affect residents' sleep."
The council said that it will try to carry out the noisiest operations before 11pm and that closing the road overnight is more convenient than closing the road during the day.
Advance warning signs are set to be put up over the coming weeks.
