The free activity programme for TAKEPART festival has been announced.
TAKEPART festival is returning to Brighton with a two-week programme of free sport, dance, and exercise sessions.
The festival will take place from Saturday, June 22, to Sunday, July 7, and features more than 50 local groups offering taster sessions across the city.
The festival will kick off with a launch event on June 22 at The Level, where attendees can take part in workshops and speak to fitness experts.
Festival goers will also be able to access advice on creating an active lifestyle, having a healthy diet and quitting smoking.
Attendees can try out activities such as Tai Chi, performing arts, American football and more across venues in Portslade, Hove, and Brighton.
The huge range of events cater to all ages and abilities, so all are welcome to take part this summer.
People can drop in to events at the launch, but others need to be booked in advance so attendees are advised to check the council website.
