Katie Price is set to move in across the road from a Call the Midwife actor.

The OnlyFans model is leaving her Mucky Mansion in the small village of Dial Post to live on the edge of a busy commuter town in Sussex, near Judy Parfitt who plays Sister Monica Joan in BBC's Call the Midwife.

Residents said they hope the bankrupt glamour model will keep herself to herself.

Building work at the home Katie hopes to set up after leaving the Mucky Mansion will not be finished until next month.

Judy Parfitt said: "She's entitled to live anywhere she likes.

"I hope she'll be very happy."

The land at Katie's new place was sold to developers three years ago and building work on the four-bedroom home started earlier this year.

One new neighbour, who asked not to be named, said: "She's a bit older now, so maybe she's calmed down a bit?

"As long as there are no wild parties going on into the night, we're OK with it."

Barbara and Jacob who live across the road with their young children were excited to see another star move in next to them.

Barbara said: "It's quite sleepy here but it's a very nice place to live.

"Having Katie Price here might liven it up a bit.

"I'm sure there will be lots of interest in her."

Another neighbour who did not want to be named said: "As long as she keeps herself to herself, I'm fine with it."
