Plans to turn a home into a house in multiple occupation (HMO) have been approved.
The proposals, submitted to Adur and Worthing Councils by Atterbury Moore Associates on behalf of applicant Cat Narvaez Jimenez, said the home in Hayley Close, Lancing, will become a shared six-bedroom property.
There will only be a few minor internal changes including turning the existing lounge into a ground-floor bedroom.

There will be three bedrooms on the first floor with an extra two on the proposed second floor.
The shared kitchen space will become open-plan with a dining table and lounge area.
The two main bathrooms will also be shared.
In the rear garden, there will be a cycle stand for bikes.
Atterbury Moore Associates said "there is a need for HMOs in the area" and this property benefits from being close to public transport links.
