A pizza restaurant manager is “excited” to launch a new menu.
The spring and summer menu is being rolled out at Prezzo restaurants across Sussex including the Brighton Marina and Crawley branches.
Among the new menu items are three pizzas: Mushroom, burrata and truffle, chicken and roasted peppers and smoky tre carni.
Balazs Szrimacz, general manager of Prezzo Brighton, said: “We can’t wait to welcome diners to try our brand new spring and summer menu which is full of delicious dishes.
"We’re particularly excited to be serving the new romana pizzas, which we’re confident will be a crowd-pleaser all around. With the re-introduction of the Pizzette along with our classic and calabrese options, not to mention the extensive choice of toppings and flavours, there is a pizza option for everyone and any occasion.
“Prices start at £10 and each pizza is made with hand-stretched dough, meticulous attention to detail and beautiful quality ingredients, every inch of them is perfect and we’re immensely proud to have them on our menu.”

Prezzo has also re-introduced its “pizzetta” - a smaller pizza served with a side salad.
All the classic pizzas available on Prezzo’s main menu can be substituted for the smaller pizzetta option.
Prezzo has introduced the calabrese calzone - a calzone filled with smoky pork sausage crumbs, spicy nduja, mozzarella and calabrese tomato sauce.
Pesto fanatics can get their fix this spring as the pizza chain has also introduced two new pasta dishes.
The creste di gallo dish stars Prezzo’s house pesto and is topped with creamy burrata, while the all-new pea and goat's cheese ravioli is filled with sweet peas and creamy goat’s cheese and served in a cacio e pepe sauce.
To accompany the new flavours of the pizza and pastas on offer, diners can also tuck into the new seabass with gnocchi and saffron grill, or the vegetarian calabrese burger, topped with spicy calabrese ketchup.
Dessert lovers can enjoy an array of new gelatos and sorbets with flavours including vanilla, mango, chocolate and raspberry alongside a variety of delicious sweet treat favourites such as tiramisu, Sicilian lemon meringue pie and Lotus Biscoff cheesecake with banana.
