A police investigation is under way after children were approached by men.
Sussex Police said they have received reports of linked suspicious incidents in Crawley.
The first happened in Matthews Drive at 11.40am on May 8 where a man was acting suspiciously towards a teenage girl.
Police said he has been described as having black hair, a beard, slim build and in his 30s.
He was believed to have been driving a grey Volkswagen Golf.

It was linked to another incident on May 9 when a 12-year-old boy was approached and followed by a man in Crawley Lane at around 3.25pm.
The man was described as having dark skin and hair, wearing black and in his 20s.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "An investigation has been launched and enquiries are under way to identify the suspects.
"Witnesses, or anyone with any information is asked to contact police online or call 101 quoting serial 1016 of 08/05 or 52 of 09/05."
