East Sussex has been rated one of the best places in the country to go on a campervan holiday.
The county has been ranked the second-best place in the UK for campervan staycations due to its high number of attractions, motorhome parks and beaches.
The survey highlighted the region's “stunning coastline, rolling countryside and many historic sites” as the main reasons to visit the area on holiday.
Research by Moneybarn car finance found that East Sussex had one of the highest number of motorhomes per 100 square miles.

The county also had a high rate of attractions, walking trails and beaches.
Kent took the top spot.
Surrey, Cornwall, Lancashire and Hampshire also ranked highly.
East Sussex was also praised as having a high numbers of cycling trails to explore.
The survey also took into account the number of internet searched for campervan hire in each county.
