A sushi restaurant has been told to improve after being given the second-lowest rating in a food hygiene inspection.
Sushi Garden in Preston Street, Brighton, has been told that “major improvement” is necessary after its latest inspection.
It was rated one out of five by the Food Standards Agency (FSA), a government department which monitors food safety and hygiene.
Noodles Street, a noodle bar in London Road, received the same one-star rating.
Inspectors said the takeaway must improve its food hygiene.
Both restaurants were inspected last month.
