The A27 will be closed again from this Friday for the entire weekend.
The stretch of A-road on the eastbound carriageway from the Lancing Manor roundabout to Shoreham Airport will be shut from 9pm on Friday until 6am on Monday.
Motorists travelling eastbound will need to follow the official diversion route via the A27, A24 and A283.

National Highways South East said: "Work is progressing to complete the new roundabout at New Monks Farm.
"To allow the team to finish off drainage, install ducting across the carriageway and lay the final road surface, there will be some weekend closures of the eastbound carriageway between Manor Roundabout and the Adur junction."
According to National Highways, access will be maintained to the airport and for residents living within the closed area.
After this weekend, one more closure is scheduled for next month from June 7 until June 10.
Work on the roundabout is expected to be fully completed by June 2024.
