A motorcyclist has died in a four vehicle crash on a busy road.
The 57-year-old rider of a gold Triumph Bonneville motorbike was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on the A21 near Battle on bank holiday Monday.
A 35-year-old BMW driver has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
Sussex Police say they were called to the scene of the crash on the A21 at 7.25am.
The collision involved a black BMW, a grey Honda Jazz, a white Nissan, and a gold Triumph Bonneville motorcycle.

The 57-year-old rider of the motorbike was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the black BMW, from Bexley, has been bailed pending further enquiries.
The A21 near John's Cross was closed for most of yesterday while investigation work continued.
The road has re-opened this morning.
A force spokesman said: "Anyone who witnessed the incident or the events leading up to it, including those with any relevant CCTV or dashcam footage, are asked to email: collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk, quoting Operation Bowden."
