A police investigation is under way after a hospital was broken into during the middle of the night.
Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital in Shripney Road, Bognor, had some items "damaged and stolen" after people broke into the facility on Monday in the early hours.
The targeted area of the hospital had been closed overnight before the incident and no other areas in the facility were affected.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "Police attended a report of a break-in at Bognor Regis War Memorial Hospital, Shripney Road which took place at around 2.30am on 29 April.
"Officers discovered property inside the building which had been damaged and stolen. An investigation is ongoing.
"Witnesses or anyone with any information or footage is asked to contact police online or call 101 quoting serial 133 of 29/04."
A spokesman for Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust, who are in charge of the hospital, said: "Overnight on Sunday 28 April, there was a burglary at Bognor Regis Hospital with some minor damage caused to an area which was closed overnight.
"No other areas of the site were impacted. We are supporting Sussex Police with their investigation."
