Police launch ‘operation abandon’ after reports of man acting suspiciously (Image: NQ)
Police are appealing for information after a number of linked incidents involving a man acting suspiciously.
Officers have been called to 17 reports of a man acting suspiciously - between January 2022 and February 2024 in the Arundel area.
It is believed they are all involving the same man, and he has been described as 6ft, around 50-years-old and on three occasions has been wearing a balaclava.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “Witnesses or anyone with any information or footage is asked to contact police online or call 101 quoting Operation Abandon. Always dial 999 in an emergency.”
