A spokesman for Worthing Runfest said: "Each finisher will receive the warm welcome that the RunFest brand is known for as well as one of our amazing male or female cut tech tees, a bespoke medal and an accurate chip timed finish result."
Runners who reached the finish line were invited to an after party in Steyne Gardens.
During the races, starting and ending near Worthing Pier, some roads have been closed to motorists.
All roads are set to be reopened by 2pm.
