The majority of the produce will come from Sussex suppliers, owners said.
Pigs in blankets, truffled cauliflower cheese, extra potatoes and pork stuffing will be served as sides on the Sunday menu and will cost extra.
The menu also has a number of small plates options to choose from instead of roast dinners, including a steak sandwich and Sussex cheddar croquettes.
The menu has a range of desserts to choose from including blood orange cheesecake, a selection of Sussex cheeses and a chocolate fudge brownie.
The restaurant is open from 12pm until 8pm on Sundays.
