A new café is set to open after a complete refurbishment.
River Café and Bistro will be taking over the site of the now closed Tom Foolery Café in High Street, Shoreham.
The opening date has not yet been confirmed however the owners have hinted it will be within the next few months.

The café is set to serve a range of breakfast and brunch options, including vegan and vegetarian options, along with pastries and various sweet snacks.
There will also be a deli counter featuring salads, sandwiches and paninis.
The owners have also confirmed that set menu dinners will be served on Friday and Saturday nights in the near future.
They said products will be sourced from local suppliers and will have a "homemade ethos".
A spokesman for the café said: "We are delighted to announce the opening of River Café and Bistro.
"Continuing the tradition of Vanessa and Bob McCulloch's Tom Foolery, we are committed to be part of the community, offering all residents and visitors a contemporary food and beverage experience reflecting the evolving nature of Shoreham."
Tom Foolery café closed at the end of March after 10 years at the site.
At the time of closing, the owners of the existing café said: "Watch this space as something new and fabulous is heading to Shoreham High Street."
