The second A27 full weekend closure of the month will start on Friday.
The major A-road will be closed on the eastbound carriageway between Lancing and Shoreham.
It will be in place from 9pm on Friday until 6am on Monday.

Although cars will still be able to travel westbound as normal, diversions eastbound will be in place via the A24 and A283.

A spokesperson for National Highways said: "Work is progressing to complete the new roundabout at New Monks Farm.
"To finish off drainage, install ducting across the carriageway and lay the final road surface, there will be weekend closures of the eastbound carriageway between Manor Roundabout and the Adur junction.
"Local access will be maintained to the airport and residents with direct access off the eastbound A27 within the closure."
Two more full weekend closures are scheduled to take place in May.
The project is expected to come to an end in June.
