A woman has suffered injuries to her leg, knee and hand after being "pushed to the floor and chased" by a man.
The incident happened in Ferry Road, Shoreham, on Saturday night.
A 30-year-old man from Worthing was arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm and released on bail.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "Police were called to Ferry Road, Shoreham, at around 10.30pm on Saturday, April 20, to a report of an unprovoked attack.
"It is reported a man pushed a 22-year-old woman to the floor and chased her.
"She suffered injuries to her leg, knee and hand.
"A 30-year-old man from Worthing was arrested on suspicion of actual bodily harm. He has been released on bail, pending further enquiries."
