Residents have been urged to "act now" as red flood warnings have been issued.
The alerts from The Environment Agency come after a weather warning for strong winds and "hazardous coastal conditions" was put in place by The Met Office over the weekend.
These conditions are expected from 9pm tonight until 9am Tuesday morning.

According to The Environment Agency, flooding is now "expected" in six parts of Sussex, with red warnings issued on Monday.
This includes Shoreham Harbour and Littlehampton seafront.
Residents in these areas have been advised to move vehicles, family, pets, and other important items to safe areas.
Flood barriers should also be used by households that have them.
As well as this, 12 amber flood alerts have been issued, urging residents in some areas to be "prepared" as flooding is possible.
The areas currently under a red flood warning are:
- Bosham and West Itchenor
- Sidlesham
- Climping
- Littlehampton Rope Walk
- Shoreham Harbour
- Pevensey seafront
The areas under an amber flood alert are:
- West Dean, Singleton, Charlton, East Dean and Chilgrove
- Coastal areas of Medmerry
- Selsey Bill to Elmer
- Aldingbourne and Barnham Rifes
- Lower Arun River
- Coastal areas of Rustington to Shoreham
- Lower Adur River
- Lower Ouse River
- Coastal areas of Seaford seafront
- Coastal areas of Bulverhythe
- Coastal areas of Hastings seafront
- Coast from Fairlight to Dungeness including the Tidal Rother
