A car burst into flames on a rural road.
The C-Class Mercedes was engulfed in flames by the side of Beacon Road in Ditchling earlier today.
Fire crews say the car fire was put out this afternoon and no casualties were reported.
The car was seen on fire by the side of the road near Ditchling Beacon earlier this afternoon.

A spokeswoman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called at 1.47pm on April 5 to reports of an accidental single vehicle fire in Beacon Road, Ditchling.
"Firefighters used two hose reel jets and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.
"There were no casualties reported."
