Several pets in Sussex are looking for their forever homes, including at the Sussex North & Brighton branch of the RSPCA.
Whether you want to adopt a dog, cat, rabbit or guinea pig, there is plenty of choice.
A few animals from the branch are listed below but more can be found on the centre's website.
To help the Sussex North & Brighton branch carry on their work you can donate to them at the website here.
Sally
Gender - Female
Age - One year old
Breed - Terrier crossbreed
Colour - Tan
If you want to adopt Sally you can view their full profile here.
Sally is described as a "cheeky, feisty terrier with a big personality" but can be unsure of new people.
She can also be quite worried by overhandling, so will need some more training.
Sally enjoys the company of other dogs her own size and would benefit from living with an already-established dog in her new home.
The RSPCA adds: "Sally will require several meets over a course of weeks at the shelter before being adopted. She is looking for a very experienced, adult-only home and she will need her own garden."
Konnie
Gender - Female
Age - Eight years old
Breed - Maine Coon
Colour - Tabby and White
If you want to adopt Konnie you can view their full profile here.
Konnie came into the care of the RSPCA after she was surrendered by her owners as she was not getting on with the other cats in the home.
She is described as a "lovely" and "friendly" cat once she gets to know you, but is not fond of other cats so will need to be the only pet in a home.
Konnie is looking for an adult-only home and would ideally have a secure garden also.
The RSPCA adds: "She recently had a heart scan which confirmed that she has a heart murmur. This is something she will always have, but it doesn’t affect her day-to-day life and it doesn’t require any treatment."
Havana
Gender - Female
Age - Three to six months old
Breed - Crossbreed
Colour - Chocolate
If you want to adopt Havana you can view their full profile here.
Havana came into the care of the RSPCA via an inspector from a multi-rabbit household.
Since arriving in mid-February she has been wormed, vaccinated, microchipped and neutered.
The RSPCA adds: "Havana came with two siblings, a sister and a brother. Unfortunately, neither of them made it through the anaesthetic, so Havana is now a single rabbit looking for a neutered and vaccinated male companion."

Chester and Lionel
Gender - Male
Age - Three to six months old
Breed - Rex
Colour - Black and orange
If you want to adopt Chester and Lionel you can view their full profile here.
Chester and Lionel came into the care of the RSPCA after being handed over as they were part of a group of male guinea pigs who weren't getting on.
They are looking for a home together or "they can be bonded with a group of females".
Also, they haven't had a great amount of handling so they would benefit from having owners with plenty of guinea pig handling experience in the past.
Due to the temperature, they will still need to be kept indoors until the weather warms up.
