An animation festival is returning to the city for the third year in a row.
Brighton International Animation Festival will be held at Fabrica in Duke Street on Saturday April 6, and Sunday, April 7.
The not-for-profit event celebrates animation and showcases the best in the next generation of filmmakers.
After the success of 2023’s event, this year there will be an extra day for workshops on Friday, April 5, hosted at The Queery in George Street, Kemp Town.
The festival celebrates traditional and modern animation.
Visitors will see the spectacular 1954 animation Animal Farm as it celebrates its 70th anniversary, while also experiencing the best up and coming filmmakers from the UK and across the world.
All films are subtitled with British Sign Language interpreters at all events, making it accessible for people who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Tickets can be bought for individual events for £6, or £5 for concessions.
A full two-day festival pass which gives access to all events at Fabrica is £55, or £45 for concessions.
They can be bought online at brightoninternationalanimationfestival.com.
