A house with its own pool, sauna and pond is on the market for almost £4 million.
The nine-bed property, in Cuckfield Road, Ansty, near Haywards Heath, has not been up for sale for over two decades.
According to estate agent Jackson-Stops, West Riddens is Georgian-inspired and dates back to the 1930s.

The property retains some period features including the entrance hall which has pine panelling, original doors and a traditional staircase.
There is a formal drawing room and dining hall, which is fitted with large sash windows and original fireplaces.
The kitchen has an island worktop and doors that open out to the garden.
As well as the nine bedrooms, the house has six bathrooms, one with a "his-and-hers" style sink layout.
The property also has a large outdoor estate. This includes a tennis court, an orchard, paddocks, woodlands, a pond and a large indoor swimming pool complex that houses a sauna and a gym.
There are several outbuildings including a separate three-bedroom cottage and a garage block with accommodation above.
Jackson-Stops said: "West Riddens is a classically designed, Georgia- inspired and well-proportioned house, believed to have been built in the 1930s with later additions.
"This beautiful house is coming to the market for the first time in over 20 years and offers elegant proportions throughout with a wonderful sense of light and space, with high ceilings, numerous stunning fireplaces and large windows taking maximum advantage of the southern light and views across its grounds."
The property is currently on the market for £3.95 million.
