College students have been crowned national champions at a swimming competition.
Eastbourne College won two gold medals at The Bath Cup and John Nalson Medley Schools Swimming event.
The championships, held at the London Aquatics Centre, had 79 boys’ teams and 63 girls’ teams taking part from more than 80 independent schools.

One of Eastbourne College's golds was won by the boys' freestyle relay team of Stanley Yeats, Matthew Clark, Nate Cahill and Charlie Evans-Sheppard.
They came first in the final by four seconds.
The boys' medley relay team of Stanley Yeats, Mathew Clark, Josh Yip and Jamie Foks also won their race in the final.
Eastbourne College's head of swimming Jess Simmonds said: "This is such an achievement for the teams to gain this level of success in the biggest independent school swimming event of the year.
"I feel enormously proud.
"The hard work at school and at the Eastbourne Swimming Club has made a huge impact to the training programme we offer.
"This is an experience I know we will always remember, but now we have our sights fixed on the Individual National Schools competition in the summer."
Although they didn't win, the college girls' team also reached the finals in their freestyle and individual events where they finished seventh.
Mike Harrison, Eastbourne College's director of sport, said: "The boys’ double gold achievement is hugely impressive - it has been many years since a school has won the medley and freestyle relays back to back.
"The girls’ results in the finals were well deserved after all the training that bookends each school day.
"I am looking forward to seeing what they can achieve in the coming months and years."
Aspirational and "performance swimmers" at the college are encouraged to join squad training sessions, while swimming is offered as an activity in Years 9 and 10, and a games option for Year 11 and sixth formers.
The school has also partnered with Eastbourne Swimming Club where swimmers can receive training from coaches and compete at galas year round.
