Firefighters attended a blaze at a derelict building.
Plumes of smoke rose from the building in Lewes Road, Brighton, this afternoon at around 4.45pm.
Three fire engines were called to the building which was set alight in a suspected arson attack last summer.
A spokeswoman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: “We were called to a fire at a derelict building in Lewes Road, Brighton.

“Three appliances attended and dealt very quickly with a small fire. All persons were accounted for. We will be leaving the scene shortly and handing over to police for securing.”
Sussex Police marshalled traffic going along Lewes Road while emergency crews dealt with the blaze.
A bystander told The Argus: “There is a slight smell of smoke in the area, there were three fire engines attending. They were hammering up some boarding on the side of the building.
“There are slight queues and police are directing traffic. There was an ambulance but that has gone now.”
