More than four million visitors flock to Palace Pier every year.
The attraction was beaten to the top spot by the Royal Albert Dock in Liverpool which came first and Blackpool Pleasure Beach which placed second.
But it came ahead of Alton Towers, in Stoke-on-Trent, the National Museum of Scotland, Edinburgh, Chester Zoo, Windsor Castle, Edinburgh Castle, The Roman Baths, Bath, and Stonehenge.
