A man was stabbed in a flat in the city centre.
Police and the ambulance service were called to the building in Pelham Street, Brighton, at around 11.30pm on Thursday, March 14, to a report of a man having been assaulted.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said: “A man in his 20s suffered injuries likely caused by a bladed weapon, and was taken to hospital for treatment. They are not considered to be life-threatening or life-changing.
“The incident is understood to have occurred between a group of people known to each other and urgent enquiries are ongoing to locate and arrest the suspects.”
