Katie Price has been declared bankrupt a second time after owing over £750,000 in unpaid tax.
It was heard in London’s Rolls Building, Insolvency and Companies Court on Monday that the former glamour model, who was previously declared bankrupt in 2019, owes HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) £761,994.05.
During a court hearing, judge Sebastian Prentis said that Price failed to respond to HMRC over the debt.
Judge Prentis said: "There has been no response from the debtor. The papers are in order.
"There is a substantial debt due from Ms Price to HMRC, and therefore I will make a bankruptcy order."
He explained to the court that the unpaid amount is from self-assessments for the years 2020-2021 and 2021-22, including income tax, VAT, surcharges, and interest.

HMRC originally issued a bankruptcy petition in October 2023.
Price did not attend the hearing on Monday.
In February, a different High Court judge ordered her to pay 40 per cent of her income from the adult entertainment website OnlyFans towards her debt over the next three years in a separate dispute.
In October last year, she opened up about her feelings over frequent legal threats and her willingness to face jail time if that's what it comes to.
Speaking on Michelle Visage's Rule Breakers podcast, Price said she had been to court "more times than I've had hot dinners" and would not mind if she was put in prison to be "done with it all".
In March 2023, Price also openly discussed her financial struggles during a Channel 5 interview with Jeremy Vine, stating that people should not be "ashamed" of bankruptcy.
She mentioned her battle with mental health issues over recent years, which she believed affected her ability to manage her financial affairs.
Price apologised in a previous court session in October 2020, saying: "I just haven't been able to deal with these issues or in the right mental state to understand everything that has been going on."
Following the bankruptcy declaration on Monday, Price has been approached for comment.
