A man is accused of making threats to kill and using abusive language in public places.
Between February 17 and March 8, Sussex Police received three reports of a man shouting threatening abuse at members of the public in Peacehaven.

Andrew Sinclair, 54, of Trafalgar Close, Peacehaven was arrested and charged on March 12 with threats to kill, three counts of use of threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence, and two counts of threats to damage or destroy property.
The 54-year-old has been released on conditional bail and will next appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on April 11.
District Commander Chief Inspector Di Lewis said: “We encourage anyone to report antisocial or criminal behaviour to police online or via 101, so that we can respond efficiently to neighbourhood issues. Always call 999 in an emergency.”
